Vertique Semi-Automated Towers
Resembling a giant automated vending machine, the Vertique system, combines proven computer-controlled technology with the basic law of gravity. The vertically designed column of towers utilizes previously “wasted” space. And its cascading process facilitates true hands-free picking. The towers are modular in design and therefore can be expanded easily to meet your changing needs.
The difference between Semi-Automated and Automated Towers is the way in which the product is inserted into the tower. The Semi-Automated tower utilizes personnel de-palletize the product and to place it on the introduction tray. From there it will cascades down to the intermediate trays where it is stored until call for by the software.
Vertique Automated Towers
The Automated Towers work much the same way as the SAV (Semi-Automated Vertique) Towers do. The difference is that the product is de-palletized by a gantry or robotic station and delivered to the tower to be inserted by a pusher (shown in yellow above) into the proper location.
The advantage here is full automation and reduction of personnel.Palletizer
Palletizers and De-palletizers utilize multi-zoned vacuum grippers or advanced servo-mechanical grippers that can handle a wide range of products and packaging formats.
Palletizing systems provides reliable and accurate information, require minimal set-up time between configurations and are intuitive to use.
Our scalable system can handle multiple lines concurrently, with palletizing speeds varying based on the size and nature of the product, pallet pattern, pallet handling and distribution and slip-sheet requirements.
De-Palletizer
De-palletizers utilize multi-zoned vacuum grippers to remove layers of product from a pallet and place that layer on a removal bed. The removal bed works in conjunction with an unscramble or singulation lane. This breaks up the layer into the individual cases that are then turned to the appropriate direction to be conveyed down the lane.
Other De-palletizers within the Veritque arsenal is the gantry style which has the ability to grip layers and place them on the layer removal bed. The type of De-palletizer used is based on the product and materials that it will be moving.Custom Control Cabinets

De-strapper
Designed to automatically locate, cut and remove plastic hold-down bands that secure bulk quantities of empty cans, bottles or other containers on pallets, the de-strapper cuts and disposes of up to eight bands in two minutes.
The system adapts to new strapping formats and pallet sizes off-line and requires minimal operator interaction. The de-strapping system includes: automated pallet conveying, a strap chipper, robot tooling and a safety cell.
