Pallets of product are staged on custom-designed staging platforms for manual loading onto the Vertique towers. Each SKU is assigned to one or more vertical towers (assignment can be adjusted to meet demands).
Vertique system’s proprietary VPS™ picking and loading software interfaces with your order entry system and drops orders into the picking area. Plus, its alert feature lets your operator know when it’s time to replenish the towers.
Through VPS and Vertique PLC software, orders are sorted based on specific customer requirements and delivery routes.
Your product travels by powered conveyor to the assigned palletizing lane, at which time your operators pick the product and place it on the pallet.
Your product is automatically stretch wrapped and labeled according to your specific requirements.
Pallets and/or carts are “built” by delivery schedule ensuring greater accuracy and more efficient loading and delivery.
