In this difficult moment for our Country and our region, in which all individual, family, corporate and collective energies are connecting,  System Logistics is not stopping. We keep going.

Even in this critical situation, with the aim of assuring service continuity to the customers of ours that are currently operational, we have organized our customer service so that it remains active to provide 24/7 remote support, as well as our warehouse that will be operative for the shipment of urgent spare parts.

In addition, for those companies belonging to the sectors deemed “essential” (Re. DPCM of March 22, 2020), technical assistance and maintenance services will be granted.

In the same manner, protecting the health and safety of our staff is of major importance for us. Accordingly, we have implemented some support measures for all of our employees and temporary workers. In particular, we have stipulated an insurance policy for them in the event of healthcare needs connected with COVID-19. In addition, to continue our technical, language and soft skills training activities, a new e-learning platform has been put in place for our employees. They will have the opportunity to enjoy thousands of training courses to keep up to date with the latest generation of technical and managerial tools.

Because the first of our corporate values is “CARE”: We care. We care for the needs of our clients, employees and partners, for their full satisfaction. And we are doing our best to not disappoint anybody!
